After contacting us via our website or socials, our design team will be in touch within 24 hours. You will be sent a design questionnaire that will allow us to learn more about your club and how you’d like your kit to look, as well as receive any necessary images such as crests and sponsors.
STEP 2: DESIGN
Timeline: 5-7 Business Days
After submitting our design form, the Icarus team will carry out our own background research about your club. We will then send you four concept designs that range from clean and classy to adventurous and unique. When you decide on the kit that you’d like to proceed with, you can then request any alterations to the design that you you’d like to see.
Please note that the design process may take longer depending on the number of requested edits.
STEP 3: PRODUCTION
Timeline: 4-7 Weeks
Once the designs are finalised, production will begin as soon as you fulfil at least 50% of your invoice and provide us with a list of associated sizes, names and/or numbers for each kit.
STEP 4: SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Timeline: 2-7 Business Days
Your order will be shipped to you as soon as production is complete. The cost of shipping varies by location & weight, but is capped at $100 - we will never charge you more than that, no matter the size of your order.
